I’m incredibly honored to be a part of the The Thing In The Spring again this year. It’s one of the best music and arts festivals in New England. This year marks the 5th year of it’s existance, and the shows are going to be incredible as always. This year features performances from Daniel Higgs, MMoss, Woods, Nina Natasia, Dave Kontak, Mail The Horse, Brown Bird, and many more! There is also the fantastic *broke* Afordable Arts Fair on Saturday afternoon. Basically it’s all talented independent artists selling their wares for very inexpensive prices. You will want to bring extra cash just for this, as you will find something, if not many things, you’ll want to buy. It’s nice to be a part of something so positive, something that has no pretention, no indie rock smugness, just great bands, great art, and all run by some of the most creative and inspiring people that I have the honor of knowing. If you’re in the New England area, or in driving distance to New Hampshire you should plan on getting up to Peterborough for this festival. Mark your calendars for June 8th, 9th, and 10th. Weekend passes are limited to 100, and there are tickets to each individual show as well.
